I cook a lot at home and am looking to upgrade the kitchen and want to get a Le Creuset, and don’t mind saving up and investing in a nice piece. However, a lot of the reviews seem surprisingly negative about build quality, finish etc. given their reputation for “lasting a lifetime”. What am I missing here? Are those outliers or has the quality really dropped? Do folks think it’s still worth the investment?
