Flooring options

So, long story short I had a fiberglass contamination in my house from a mattress and had to remove the carpet from the bedrooms. I’m in a 2nd story condo (950 ish sqft). Since I was already taking out the carpet I figured I’d do all the flooring since I didn’t like the color of it. After removing some LVP from the previous owners and talking to my neighbors it appears to be engineered wood on top of gypcrete and there is also gypcrete in both of the bedrooms. I don’t think I can remove the gypcrete as this is a condo. What are my options? Should I still do LVP over it like the previous owners did and carry it into the bedroom or should I put new carpet back into the bedrooms for leveling purposes? Should I remove the old engineered hardwood and have the whole condo refloored over the gypcrete? I’m really so confused and looking for any help I can get. Thanks guys!

(The hole type thing with no flooring is where the original kitchen island was removed). Thanks guys!
