Hi all, I’m just wondering what to put as it’s completely confusing me and I’m struggling with diet and I’m wondering if I have no will power or if my calorie deficit is to much because instead of loosing weight I’m gaining a lot because I stick to a plan then just end up in a binge cycle.
Anyway my activity is roughly 8k steps a day averaging, I work on my feet all day ( I’m barber and teacher ) and I try and lift some weights in the gym or home 3/4 times a week. Iv been putting lightly active, would this he correct?
Also after dieting ( which I did but gained it all back quite quickly and struggled to loose it again ) how do you guys stick to staying in your new weight range?
