It’s been over two weeks since inoculation and I have some varied results. The first bag looks fantastic and it’s ready to go, and I’m considering fruiting from the bag so that I can do something with it while I wait for the other bags to catch up. Out of 10 bags two of them are completely dead one is ready to go and the rest are still going. The last picture was a bag that had significant bruising on it. I thought it was contamination as the rest of the bags did not turn blue when I did the break and shake. I isolated it from the other bags and it seems to be doing fine today. Anybody have any experience fruiting straight from the bag?
