I’m 5’1 mid 40s and currently 133 lbs. I do strength videos with dumbbells and focus on progressive overload. I run or walk at least 4 days a week. I feel my best when I’m around 120 lbs(taking into account muscle and how my clothes fit) but I’ve struggled to get there after having my last baby at age 42. Any advice/encouragement on how to move the needle? I feel like I’m getting so confused on what to do and what factors I need to consider (hormones, genetics, peptides. glp-1s, supplements) to see success. Finding this group is encouraging so I would love best practices, strategies and straight talk. TIA! 💕
