To continue or to switch it up?

Follow-up to my last post, I've finished my first character's class story arc. >!My Sith Warrior is officially recognized as the Emperor's Wrath.!< I *was* going to start up a different character, but then I got a mission that basically forced me to completely rethink how I was gonna go about building my characters. Because apparently, after completing chapter 3 and therefore your individual class' story arc, >!you unlock the ability to have a second subclass. This whole time, through the story, I was trying to work out a build between the two styles in Juggernaut with the Tank and Direct Damage modes. But now I realize I could've just put a damage build into Sith Marauder at this point.!<

Now, I know from this point on, the story works the same for all characters of the same Side, but are there other campaign unlocks that could affect my future character building plans, or was that it? I know Onslaught mode unlocks later on, but I'm pretty sure that doesn't really affect build choices anymore than Flashpoints dk.

If there *are* still some more build-affecting unlocks to get in later Eras, then I guess I'll keep going with this one so I don't fumble as much as I did building my Sith Warrior. But if not, then I'd rather get a little change of scenery and *perspective*, heh.

Is it better to start off wide or tall?

Hello all, I've been off and on with this game for quite a few years now but I think I'm finally gonna get serious with it. For now, I know that the Legacy buffs can be pretty powerful but at the same time my ADHD makes it a struggle to stick to one character's storyline for too long.

So it got me wondering, IS it better to slowly build up as many characters as I can (4 for me currently, as an f2p) or to heavily invest in one for Legacy achievements and the buffs that come with them?
