Problem with account evolution

We finished stonewood storm shield defenses completely

We still doesn't have gadgets and teams perks available when we create a loadout.

We unlocked them tho. The gadgets are leveled up and we unlocked few teams perks, but we can't choose them when it's time to play, when we are in heroes loadouts or anywhere else.

Already took all Fortnite game out of our Xbox X serie, also reload the whole game but nothing had changed. Still have the same problem and Epic game assistance doesn't help at all.

Anyone have the same problem?

Anyone figured out what to do to fix it ?
