Turning 40 next spring, and would like to spend time in/around Jackson Hole in April or May. Recommendations?

I’m not a skier, and really want to go on a “safari” through Yellowstone, but otherwise just want to enjoy the area, spa time for these old bones, and spend time with my wife.

Does anyone have any recent experiences or recommendations?

Jackson Lake Lodge looks pretty cool?
