It doesn't seem like there's a general consensus here, but I'm finding it hard to wrap my head around the discrepancies in how many reviewers different applicants get. It doesn't seem consistent even within disciplines, and I don't understand why one person gets seven reviewers while another gets two... Curious to hear people's thoughts!

I was HM, band 1, with 2 reviewers: E|VG, E|VG. Chemistry of life processes :)
