A week ago i took the step to quit after vaping for 4 years straight.

When i was vaping i was pretty much in a state of constant congestion and had pretty bad breathing problems because of it. Also, i did the math on how much i was spending weekly on vaping and i was honestly grossed out that ive spent so much money on something that makes me feel like shit, and will eventually kill me.

The first 3 days were the worst days for cravings/ withdrawals. I would constantly think of vaping every second i wasn’t distracted by something else. Also, the worst thing about the first week was the raging headaches, often lasting hours and persisting after taking advil.

One week in and i can pretty confidently say i’m not withdrawing or super craving it anymore and it’s kind of just a background thought. I’m also noticing that i’m breathing better and I feel more energetic.

TLDR: Quit, it’s good for you.
