Horse won’t stop standing on fences and buckets, how do I stop him?

Hey everyone! I’ve got a young gelding that has gotten into a bad habit of standing on things. I just got a message from my barn manager that said this:
(Your horse) has developed a pretty bad habit of standing on the panels and buckets, etc. it would be prudent to work with him on being more respectful of fences. One he is going to get hurt and 2 he has broken 3 panels and is about to break the waters. If he continues, (the barn owners) will want to charge for the damages (replacement panels, troughs, etc.) as it’s gotten excessive.
When I asked her if she had any suggestionsShe said :

Need to catch him doing it and negatively reinforce it. And other curious behaviors where he is not respectful of space and things around him needs to be told no. Very firmly. He in general has no boundaries

This is hard bc I’ve never actually seen him do this and he seems pretty respectful to me. Occasionally he’ll beg for treats or something but he doesn’t push me around or anything. Any help is appreciated. I don’t know if we can put up electric fences as all the fences and gates are metal and it’s a pretty large barn, meaning it’ll electrify the whole group of pens that are connected including the gates. Attached is a pic that someone else sent me of him doing it, as I said he’s never done it in front of me

Hey guys! I’ve got a 6 year old Rocky Mountain Horse gelding that has recently started to trip and fall while walking under saddle. Attached is a video of a horse tripping in a similar manner, as I don’t have any clips of him doing it. It has happened the last 4 rides under different circumstances. The first time it happened, we had just completed a 12 mile endurance training ride and were walking near the trailer through some soft dirt and weeds, the second time happened about a week later on a flat, wood chipped path around 6 miles in. The 3rd happened on a ride on an access road where we only walked the whole time and was around mile 5. I gave him some time off and just tried riding him today in the arena and he did it within 5 minutes of me getting on. We’ve been to the vet twice and they said that bc of where we live and how he was acting, they didn’t feel the need to test for epm, and he doesn’t show any other signs of lameness or anything. He’s had X-rays of both front legs (he seems to trip on his left leg) and they tried lunging him and holding up his legs one at a time to see if he was stiff but didn’t find anything. I’ve also had a bodyworker look at him and she didn’t find anything either. I really don’t know what to do. We were hit by a car in November and he didn’t break anything but was out of work for around 3 months. We had a few really good rides back since then until this started happening around March 27th. Any help is appreciated!!!
