I keep seeing the Instant Pot on sale and I keep not buying it. I'm not sure if I'd actually use it or if it's just another appliance that gathers dust.

I meal prep on Sundays and I cook a lot of soups, stews, and grains. I currently do these on the stovetop. Budget $60-200.

For people who bought one 3+ years ago - is it still getting regular use? And is the Instant Pot still the one to get or has something better come along?
