1st floor apartment, concrete building, ~40 years old. Suburb just outside of Nagoya. What do you all think? Pretty damn likely or what?
There are signs of the age here, and probably some small openings here or there. What do you guys use to seal such small corners or window cracks?
Apparently they already did some preventative treatment for the building. We have black caps and a roach spray, and installed plastic blockers in the AC hoses. Drains have covers. Recommended preventative sprays are appreciated, as I reckon that's the next thing I do. Any other tips also appreciated.
I've been lucky enough to not see a single one in my home for the past 4 years in Tokyo, but even the realtor guy said "that's just how it is" about roaches... eck!
Thanks in advance.
