Can anyone explain this print quality issue?
Hey hoping someone can clarify whether this is a me problem or a them problem.
The first pic is a print I ordered that overall I was really happy with. Looks just like the file I sent them.I just wanted to change two things about the design for the final run, I used a different brush texture for the "babyteeth" portion and added some grey to the girls spots. That's it.
Second photo is how the updated design printed. Same shirt (I cropped the first myself), same color. The print is way darker, looks overcooked. Does not match the file I sent them.
I'm kinda upset. If I had recieved the second shirt first I would have went with a different printer and not taken a bunch of preorders. But I trusted that the quality of the first print would be replicated just with the two minimal changes I made.
Anyone know what is going on here? I don't think I've been able to speak with an actual human yet at their support line. Just had a robot escalate my concerns.
