I had a CT scan done that was abnormal. It showed multiple subcentimeter cystic appearing lesions along the uterine fundus anteriorly with peripharel enhancement and central hypoattuenation. I went to my gyn she did a CA 125 test and it came back at 23 normal. She did my pap came back normal. She wants me to get an MRI with contrast done next and see a urogynecologist. If this isn't endo, I don't know what it could be. My CT scan came back normal 5 years ago, so these are new changes. On top of that, I have a 5 cm lump under my arm which she said if it was breast cancer it would be painless. She said it's likely a fat pad or lymph node. She wants me to get a mammogram done.
