Request for Review of Boat Lift Setup – Potential Hull Support Concerns on X24
I recently had a lift installed for my MasterCraft X24 and wanted to get your input on whether the current bunk configuration properly supports the hull.
After placing the boat on the lift, I noticed that the center V/keel area appears to be making contact with a flat 2x6 support board. My concern is whether this board is carrying any portion of the boat’s weight rather than the weight being fully supported by the carpeted bunks on either side of the hull.
