Don’t know how to feel

I have a dog being boarded at a sitter’s house. Funny enough, I’ve used rover before and the lady who previously sat for them lived next door. We just didn’t book with her because she was full for the weekend.

The girls this were super nice and so was their house. I could tell my dog got along great with them during the days we were gone. The one with the actual account even gave us a cute thank you card and picture of my boy when I picked them up. They own another dog too and she was super friendly and cute both times I’ve seen them.

The problem is when I left, the previous rover sitter came by and told me that she saw one of the girls curse at her own dog when she took them both for a walk. Something about tangled leashes around legs. I don’t know how to feel about it. It wasn’t the main girl who watched them and it wasn’t my dog she was angry at. But yelling vs muttering “curses” just feel different?

Again, they seemed like super nice girls and my boy seemed as happy as always when I got him back home. Plus they sent me DOZENS of pictures of them cuddling them on the couches or napping so it’s not like he looked anxious the whole time or anything.

Is this a red flag? I’ll admit I’m no saint myself. I think everyone yells at their dog but I’ve worked with this lady before and was just wondering how to feel… sorry about the flare, didn’t know which to pick.

Edit: I saw a comment asking what exactly was said. The previous dog sitter was vague but essentially it was something like “what the fuck is wrong with you” and she implied the girl said “if you don’t stop moving I’m gonna smack you.” But again, it wasn’t at my dog and it sounded like nothing actually happened. She got them untangled and went on with the walk.
