Has anyone else had issues with leaking while swimming on their period, either with a menstrual cup or a tampon?
I usually use a menstrual cup, but I've used tampons in the past too. With both, I've noticed that after being in the water, once I get out, I sometimes start leaking into the bottom of my swimsuit and end up staining my swimsuit or towel. It seems to happen after I've already gotten out of the water.
I know changing products more often might help, but when you're at the beach, there isn't always a bathroom nearby, so that's not always realistic.
Has this happened to anyone else? Do you have any tips or products that help prevent leaks when swimming at the beach?
