Buying sight unseen through a reputable buyers agent.

Ive never been to Adelaide, im from SHITney and think the blue mountains are far away.

roughly 750K for a brand new 4 X 2 on the "nice side of town" no where near the social housing part.

Real estate agent managing the rental next door has said good place to buy but expects rents to decrease and they are seeing dropping rental prices to make people move in. Which contradicts what domain and my research is saying.

Is it a good neighbourhood to buy a new build as an SMSF investment, thanks in advance
