Is it normal for GPU Memory Junction to be averaging at 80 C all the time?

I have an Alienware m16 r2 laptop with RTX4070 and Ultra 7 CPU. This screenshot is taken after several minutes of browsing and watching YouTube. I repasted my laptop as well, and was wondering it may have affected it. Any suggestions?

I admit I have been a little harsh to this little guy. But the question is, "is there any way to prevent this when buying a new charger like this?" As far as I know this started happening after a few months in (~4 months).
