i’ve been on the contraceptive patch for over a year and a half now and my period has always come on the same day (tuesday). it sometimes takes a second to come that day but it hasn’t arrived at all today. i am also very good at switching the patches on the day i am scheduled to. i’m just a little worried that something is wrong. i know it’s only a day late but it’s never been like this before. i could just be stressed about it which i know can affect your cycle. when is the time to worry?
