reddit i need help....
So I’m a 19-year-old, and for as long as I can remember, I’ve had this same dream once or twice every three months. It’s almost the same repetitive thing every time.
Me and my older sister, as kids, would walk into school together. Then she’d disappear, and I’d be alone except for classmates and teachers. At the beginning of these dreams, I’d be alone and try to go to class, but every time my principal would stop me and acknowledge I’ve been here before, and I’d have to re-enroll. Then she’d say, “Welcome back, (my full name).”
I’d go to find my class. Mind you, I can never control this dream, and also everyone but the principal acts like it’s the first time they’ve seen me. It’s very weird and unsettling to me.
Every time on my way to class, I’d get lost, going in circles, finding weird experiment rooms or even just regular classrooms that were empty. Ever since I first had this dream, I’ve never been able to find my class since that first time.
Then it’d randomly time-skip, and instead of being out of school in the afternoon, it’d be pitch dark. Me and my sister, back together again, would walk home the same path, which is between a brick wall and a baseball field thingy. It’s dark there, with just flickering street lights, and something different would happen on each walk home.
The most recent one was me, my sister, and a friend I have never even seen IRL before walking home, and something jumped out of the bushes by the wall at us. It looked kinda demonic and scared me into waking up.
Like every other time I wake up from these dreams, I’m scared as hell and don’t wanna sit up because it feels like something is watching me. I’m frozen in fear until the presence goes away.
i honestly don't know what to do, anyone else experience the same thing?
