Let’s imagine these were the exact same cost… which would you go for?

Given the same case material, same movement, and same dial layout, the current 6159G and the recent 5160/500G are identical in all aspects but their designs.

The 6159 is a sporty, modern take on a historically dressy/refined complication, while the 5160 boasts gorgeous hand engraving on every surface. Although it’s a very particular look- you don’t see engraving like that from Patek very often, much less at this price point.
