i have very limited time for exams, how should i improve my study method?

hello! for context my exams start in about 10 days and i’m stressing now because i feel like i won’t be able to revise all of the content (sciences are very content-heavy, i need to improve my maths by a lot, and i’m scared for skill-based subjects like english too)… i’ve been studying all day for the past 2 days but i feel like i’m wasting a lot of time.

i tried to track it and analyse how i work, basically i read the content of chapters i struggle with the most and do blurting on a blank piece of paper after every section then i start doing practice questions, but i only end up finishing 1 and a half topics in one day 🫠 this pace just isn’t efficient for me but idk how else i can go about it without absorbing all the info. this takes me about 6-7hrs with breaks which is super inefficient

does anyone have any tips on how to cut my study time while still retaining the same (or greater) amount of info??? thanks so much any help is appreciated 🙏🏼
