I was cleaning my ears with my bebird and noticed my eardrums look like they're full of holes. I looked up what it should look like and feel like this doesn't look normal... looking for some confirmation. Left ear (first photo) has been experiencing tinnitus (low hummming that goes up and down in pitch) pretty bad for a few weeks now. I don't use q-tips and havent even used the best bird in a few months.
