16 year MSgt here, I finally went to MH and got put meds last year; I was exhibiting emotions and awful behaviors that were ruining my marriage and pushing my parents away.

Psych made sure we would find a treatment plan that wouldn’t put me out of a job. Been dealing with these demons since I was a SRA, just fucking go and get help.

Only weird thing was my Command Sgt Major asking what he needed to action for since he gets ASIMs emails (joint assignment). I just told him it was a new medication and he said “cool get better, I’ll tell the Col it’s nbd unless you think otherwise”
