As stated in the title, I am also using Tekkusai Lucid iems through the 3.5mm port of the Dap and the static noise appears only when nothing audio is being played.

If I play any songs through Spotify or power amp, the noise doesn’t appear and lyrics are clean. It only comes when nothing is happening.

I did see if the cable is being stressed but it appears even when the stress is not applied. No static noise come through my laptop even if the cable is stressed.

So is my solution to get a portable dac or something else I could do?
