Shooting Pain In Pelvic Area?

So last night I was awake with bloating/gas, etc. Yesterday I experienced VERY bad bloating at one point in the day where it was even hard to breathe until it settled down. I stupidly ate a little more once I was feeling better and now tonight I am awake again with bloating/gas, leg pain, feels like the fibroids are inflammed or something. Yipee. Anyways, I'm also having like this random shooting pain every once in a while in my pelvic area. It's kind of feeling like it's around the urethra area, or like the I guess mons pubis? No pain from peeing or anything like that. It's making me anxious even though it's most likely the fibroids. Has anyone else experienced this kind of thing?

Wide awake in pain

Here I am wide awake basically at 1:43AM since an hour ago with so much gastro pain I don't even know what to do. 😭 Waiting for the GasX and Pepto to kick in. Bloating, trapped gas, nausea. I'm so tired of this happening. 12cm subserosal. I signed consent forms 3 weeks ago for surgery and I still don't have an OP date. 😭 I'm a hypochondriac too so this all causes me so much anxiety, I just want to cry. Sorry for this rant I just need somewhere to vent where others might be able to understand. 🥲

Want to start a career in Payroll

Hey everyone! I'm 35 F and looking to do better for myself career wise and have been considering doing Payroll. I'm in Ontario, Canada.

I found a course online through George Brown with OntarioLearn, but I also heard about NPI and I'm just a little confused on what I need to do to get my foot in the door with this career.

Would taking the OntarioLearn course be enough to get me a Payroll job, or do I need to do NPI? Or both? Thank you for any advice!

Editing to add; I currently have 10+ years office administration background.

In so much discomfort

I feel like ever since my period ended last week I can actually feel my fibroids inflammed or something, irritated, I don't know but omg. It's just this annoying dull ache all the time on my right side hips/back and making my right leg feel weird sometimes. (All my big fibroids are located right side) and I'm just getting so tired of feeling this. I usually wake up in pain and even getting a comfy sleep position isn't as easy anymore (I'm a side sleeper)

Anyone have experience with this? Did anything help it stop? 😂🥲 I'm waiting for a call still with my surgery date, I signed the consent forms and whatever almost two weeks ago.

Editing to add: I am 35, I am overweight unfortunately but have been trying to lose weight, I am very low activity, I wanted to start working out but that seemed to only increase my pain and not in a good workout kind of pain way, lol.

One of the most annoying symptoms I have dealt with is having to pee all the time. But lately it's also now been gastro related, bloating, upset tummy, hard time eating sometimes cause of the bloated feeling and like indigestion in the evenings. I also recently am having hemorrhoids I assume now when I am going poop, bowel movements are a pain in the butt now lmao. Has anyone else experienced this? My biggest fibroid is 12cm on top of uterus and I have a pedunculated and posterior.
