Hexplate change, is the Item now viable?
i was often already thinking if Hexplate was a good Item, the movespeed just felt really good after ult, while the attackspeed and ult haste was a nice boni, now that its providing ad directly on ult cast for 8 seconds, it might be a good bursty teamfight item
what are your thoughts?
