Just finished watching *Lorne* and I’m curious what others thought of the documentary. What stood out to you most? I’d love to hear different perspectives on its themes, the people involved, and what you think the documentary ultimately says about one of the greatest television series!

Moving from sea level to Colorado with 7 weeks until my marathon. Previously was at a 15 mile long run before I left.

Starting out by effort to adapt slowly but hoping for tips to adapt and get to a peak mileage of 20-21.

Marathon is 10/4 at sea level.

Advice/tips appreciated!
