Hi Nurses,

Thank you for all you do, each and everyone of you is amazing. I have the privilege to be married to one of your very own.

My wife is a L&D nurse, PT with the option to go full time but she wants to get away from the bedside aspect and pursue something else in a related field or non related field. She has been on for 6 years now and is burnt out.

How many of you are in the same boat, what options have you come across?
