Celebrity Tomato Leaves

I have these Celebrity Tomato seedlings that have really weird, curly leaves that are slowly dying.

It's happening on every single one of them whereas my Sun Gold seedlings that are in the exact same conditions are thriving. What could be causing this?

They're being grown indoors for probably another week before being transplanted but the current conditions are as follows: Spiderfarmer SF1000 60% at 10" above canopy, light breeze (just above to wiggle leaves) going maybe 12hrs a day.

This may be obvious to others but I did just recover from a fungus gnat larvae problem by using BTI. Could they be the cause even if my other plants look fine?

Thanks in advance!
