It seemed every mainstream media doesn't give the full information on the issue, represent only the AFPD side, mention 2 lines at the side. It seems to me that this is the first mainstream media that at least tried to fairly portray Ben's side.

It appears there is a VERY serious and sinister collusion of franchisee takeovers occurring within the Lego community. Very strangely all the franchisees were taken over, run by a corporation registered to "BRANDON T BEST" and "JOSHUA A JOHNSON" before they went defunct.
These two "take over" local franchisees and then go defunct in a few months.
If anyone has OSINT sources to identify more such companies, it would be nice to document it here.

In the video, American Fork Police Department plot a scheme amongst themselves how to illegally arrest Ben. At first the cops discuss that they have no evidence, no reason, nothing to keep him detained, but hoped if they came up with reasons to keep Ben detained they might slip up and mention something that will allow them to arrest Ben for Harassment.
