Can these cabinets be fixed by a pro?

We have a new home just a couple years old. Things have settled and some cracks in paint have appeared where 2 different cabinets meet. In the kitchen they painted the cabinets after install and painted them to each other. There's 2 main areas where there's big cracks in paint. The paint is oil. We have the paint list from the builder.

I'm wondering if this is fixable by a professional. I am also concerned about a bunch of sanding and dust as my partner has asthma and respiratory issues. I don't want our HVAC system to get all full of dust or the house in general. Can this be fixed safely by a pro so it looks like it did originally? Thank you.

Area 1.

This is an inside corner where 2 cabinets come together. They painted the connection between the two cabinets and the cabinets have now moved and created this crack. I think they screwed the cabinets to each other but I'm not sure, maybe not. The pictures show the crack that goes 3/4 up the cabinet.

Area 2.

On the left end of the cabinets they meet the fridge enclosure. Again things moved and they painted them to each other and now there's a crack.
