should i do fm or german alevel😭
I rlly like maths (it’s probably my favourite subject at the moment) and for my end of year 10 mocks i got a grade 8 (so i’m hoping for a 9 by the end of y11) and i’m doing fm gcse,,, so would i be okay doing a level maths and further maths or is it like realllyyy hard😭 cuz i have revised quite a bit to get that 8,,, so it’s not like i’m just coasting on no revision or anything….
i’m gonna do (for a level) bio, chem, (i didn’t take triple science for gcse btw….) maths and either german or fm too as my fourth? i don’t know whether to do german or fm butttt like the only college that does german is one i didn’t rlly want to go to but it does get on average very good results and is five mins away from my house so i probably should go there.. but fm is at like all the colleges i would want to go to but i’m scared i will do very bad and regret it?? i would defo try rlly rlly hard and i enjoy revising maths so motivation to revise wouldn’t be an issue, so if i try my hardest and lock in is there no way i’ll do too bad?
but i’m scared if i pick german i’m gonna not do well cuz i’m going against actual native speakers and it is pretty different to my other subjects and idk if i’m good enough,, but my german teacher told me i have to do it for a level so that’s a good sign??? also i’m like so desperate to be fluent in german and i’d rlly wanna go there frequently or maybe live there and i’d regret not doing it cuz if i stop after gcse i’m gonna lose all my knowledge i’ve spent two years learning….
erm it’s probably too early for me to be tweaking about this cuz i’ve not even finished y10 but i have no idea what to do. five subjects would probably be impossible and even four i think is hard but i rlly wanna do either german or fm?! help?!
