Do you find naps ruining or helping you schedule your day?
Some people say it's a waste of time and then will just tell you to get some caffeine in to get work done, how do you feel about it?

I think that procrastination is one of the toughest battles I've ever faced in my life. It's not about achieving success anymore, nowadays it's just gets to the point that just DOING something is making me feel productive again. It's so hard to keep going, my aspirations are big, I know that I'm capable of them, it's the yearning desire in me to conquer yet at the same time I feel like I'm in chains of dispersal and weak will, while I know that the inside of me is so full of potential.
What is the thing you did, if you ever dealt with this horrendous amount of procrastination in you?
Is it never ending torment in the lake of fire without any presence of God, or is it - only death?
I pulled an all-nighter for an exam and ate a ton of sugar (fruits, orange juices, raw honey, Cola) to stay awake. through the day. Took a nap after and had an insanely vivid, almost lucid dream. Anyone else had this happen, or is it just REM rebound and completely uncoorelated?
