
Lower Traps sore for multiple weeks
As the title says, my lower traps have been sore for multiple weeks now. Its been going on ever since I did two sets of y raises at the start of april with super light weights (5lb). As for a lil more context, the reason I did the y raises is because this: I had been training my pullups for a few months because I previously could do none and I was able to get to 3 pullups. I realized though that each time i'd train, my lower traps would take a super long time to recover from being sore (around 4-5 days) and it wasnt even a full recovery since I would still feel some uncomfort and soreness there but it was bearable enough for me to continue doing my pullup training. But I got worried that maybe if I continued my pull up training without addressing my lower traps, I might end up with a muscle imbalance of some sort. The soreness isnt that bad, it doesnt affect any aspect of my life and I only feel it if I flex my back in any way. Any advice would be very very much appreciated
