How do real estate teams manage daily workflow?

Curious how agents and real estate teams manage daily work once leads start coming in and deals start moving. Are you using a CRM, spreadsheets or a custom setup? Does your current setup work well or are there workflows you still handle manually and want to improve?

What’s your current workflow for managing AI chats and prompts across tools

I use different AI tools for writing, coding, research. But my chats and prompts get scattered. What’s your current workflow for managing AI chats and prompts across tools? Curious to know what works well and what doesn’t.

Is it possible to build end to end solutions only using node.js?

I’m a beginner with Zoho CRM and other Zoho products. If a developer already knows node.js how important is it to learn Deluge to build real-world solutions in Zoho? Can we build full end-to-end Zoho solutions using only node.js ?

If Deluge is a must, does Zoho have any plans to support more standard languages (like Node.js, Python etc.) directly within the platform alongside Deluge, so new developers can spend their time building solutions rather than starting from scratch with Deluge? Just curious to understand so I can plan my learning path. Thank you

How do you validate product flows before UX design starts?

Before going into detailed design, how do you usually validate the basic product flow?
For example, when product, dev, business and UX teams need to align on the journey, do you start with docs, flowcharts, wireframes, clickable prototypes, AI-generated screens or something else? What part of this early flow validation process feels slow?
