My introductory rate of 0% is ending in 3 months and I have a balance of $5000 on it. The minimum payments are currently around $50+ which I can manage. When the offer ends I think the minimum payment will increase substantially because of interest. I definitely won't be able to make those payments if they go above $100 or $200 a month.

What options do I have? I can't open another 0% CC and do a balance transfer because my credit isn't good enough.
