Advice for first iem purchase

So I am checking iems for past few days and I stumbled upon ie200 ,ew300,hexa,zero2,7hz zero2,juzear defiant

So I am very confused and I don't want bright and high treble

And currently using oneplus buds 4 with this eq so want something around this and also I am new to this audio world

Iem recommendation

Hey guys I am thinking of buying a iem and I honestly have 0 knowledge I bought oneplus buds 4 few days ago and now I want to experience iem and my budget is around 10 k and I don't have dac so if anyone can recommend me a suitable combination....also I always used basic earphone till now
