Hello, I was in Tokyo last week staying in Ginza, and while checking out, forgot my airpods in the hotel room. The hotel found them and emailed me, and suggested I do a remote pickup via DHL to get them back. The thing is, DHL is charging a BOMB, and on top of that, there may or may not be custom duties and its coming out to be really costly. The hotel also suggested Japan post as an alternative, but I wonder if its safe as in, are electronic items permitted via Japan post? The airpods have sentimental value so they really are worth the hassle for me. Any advice on which carrier to opt for, or on custom duties will be greatly appreciated! The pickup will be from Ginza, and I am based in Delhi, India.
