Hi everyone. I was diagnosed with Stage IIIC MSI-H/dMMR rectal cancer in June 2026, with loss of MSH2/MSH6.
I had 2 cycles of FOLFIRINOX before switching to ipilimumab + nivolumab. I’ve completed 3 doses so far.
I’m looking to connect with others who have personally gone through immunotherapy for MSI-H/dMMR rectal cancer.
If you’ve been through something similar, please feel free to share your own experience what treatment was like for you, how you felt during and afterward, any side effects you experienced, and how your journey progressed.
