Great initiative as usual Lord Khan, city wide rules sound like a good start 👏
Always thought it was stupid for different boroughs to have different rules/take different action.
Journalist Anna Foster on the Today programme this morning. Argentina demands the ‘RETURN’ of the Falklands. The Falklands became British BEFORE the foundation of Argentina. Why are BBC journalists so bloody useless?
Interesting thought experiment. If you redistributed the total wealth of all the billionaires in the World we’d each get between $2000-3000. Alternatively, you could take the $20.1T they are hoarding and:
Wipe out extreme poverty and hunger. $6.7T
Provide universal global healthcare and disease eradication. $4.5T
Provide a free universal comprehensive education system to every child on the World for the next 20 years. $4.5T
Reverse climate change and transition the global energy supply to green energy, reforest and clean up the oceans $5.4T
And….. use the $400B left over as an innovation fund to improve the lives of everyone on Earth.
Just an idea.
