Safest Travel Option for Car Booster Seat - 6 year old

Hello all, we've been happily traveling using the Ridesafer vest for car rides for a few years. My 6 year old child (just turned 6) is right at the size limit that would require switching to the larger model, but the size Large seems to be sold out everywhere as the company preps for the gen 6 to be released in the next month or two. We have a trip coming up in July and I'm exploring options for safe car travel if we can't get a gen 6 ridesafer vest in time. Does anyone have any recommendations for travel booster seats for a six year old (50lbs, 46" tall)? We'll be traveling by train/public transit mostly, with a few car rides mixed in, and we really do not want to lug around a giant 5-point harness carseat (I can't go back to those days, they were terrible!). I'm aware that technically we could use a backless booster (including an inflatable), but they're supposed to be significantly less safe for a 6 year old than a high back booster. What are folks with this age/size kid using for car rides when traveling?

Gray or blue?

Hi all! Can you help me figure out if my eyes are gray or blue? They each have a little tinge of yellow/brown near the center. I always used to think they were blue but now I'm wondering if they're actually gray. Any thoughts?
