Insurance scam, - sales team discrimination.

Hi solicitors,

I work for a business bank in the UK, England.

I have had a new team member join us 2 months ago.

Ever since he has joined the rules seemed to lax, misselling with wrong amount of monetary compensation promised has become the new norm.

We ( the team) have been in continuous contact with the upper management about this and they don't seem to care instead we are asked to learn from this gentleman.

The insurance sales we reported that happened with the aid of misselling have not been taken off, infact they are defended by the higher management for fucks sake.

I do not know how deep the rot runs, as we have reported it to our manager and his manager, and the QA turns a blindeye. Meaning they did not do enough due diligence and/or they do not want this person to fail.

Please please please help me and my team.
