Hi,

I'm based in the UK and attempted to install a 'DIY Easy Fit' mini split unit. (one of the few which are not governed by fgas rules).

I wanted the pipes to come out of the most difficult side possible, meaning lots of pipe bending. During that process the pipe has become broken.

My main question is, is this at all fixable or does the unit need to go in the bin? I'm wondering if a professional would be able to braze a pipe joint into this, so close to the internals of the unit?
