Overnight pilots: When, where, and how do you sleep?

I am a nurse and have worked my share of overnights, but even sleeping in the comforts of my own home, I always struggled to get more than 4-6 hours of decent sleep. I live on the final approach to MSN and always think of the FedEx pilots coming in every morning around 0530, as I can’t imagine checking into a bustling hotel at 0700 and trying to sleep during the day. How do you folks manage out there?
