I can barely remember the premise, but I remember an ill, elderly, possibly wheelchair confined person explaining to someone else how they deal with the emotions that arise from nearing death. He explains that he starts off angry and upset, but then lets it go. Specifically he says the words "...and I rage" when talking about his anger.

This is unfortunately all I can remember, but I would love to watch that scene again
