Pustule Dermatitis ):

pleaseee help!! i’ve had POD for about 6 months now, even turned into periocular dermatitis. I’ve literally tried everything. I’m currently using the picrolimus 1% twice a day and the de la cruz mask for 10 min at night. My issue is that my dermatitis is basically all pustuals I don’t have any dry spots.

I got my POD (I think) from using adapalene on wet skin for a month, but I stopped that over 5 months ago!

Things i’ve tried
- 0 therapy
- Metrogel
- ivermectin
- picrolimus
- diaper cream
- topicals clearly mask
- hypochlorus spray
- kate somerville Eradikate sulfur wash
- ripping off my acrylics
- using just dove sensitive soap
- using a non fluoride/SLS toothpaste

Has anyone else developed health anxiety? I want to attribute my health anxiety to my ulcerative colitis, but some of the stuff i’m irrationally anxious about like checking any body symptom to see if it’s cancer or something has nothing to do with my UC symptoms. I’ve had really bad UC since I was 12 (i’m 23 now) and I have the most debilitating health anxiety that turns me down a spiral any time I have a weird bodily symptoms. Has anyone else experienced this type of health anxiety, and can it be associated with an autoimmune diagnosis like UC?

I’m freaking out right now. I removed wall paper from my closet to put on a fresh coat of paint. After removing the wall paper I started to freak out thinking it’s Asbestos. My house was built in 1910, and as far as I know has not had any renovations since. I’m so anxious about it. I scraped the old wall paper off to get a clean base.
