Hi - What is the cheapest and most efficient way to travel through Germany over 6 days for 2 people?

I am looking to start from Cologne on Monday 25th May, and want to be in Leipzig on Wednesday 27th May and staying there until Friday 29th May. I am happy to stay over at any city or recommendation in between.
I then need to be in Berlin by Saturday 30th May to fly home.
